This post further said that a man was captured today in the Georgian capital. He was killing people without any reason and he has killed at least 27 people in just two years. A Georgian resident Michael Rodriguez is charged for killing 4 men and 23 women and horribly one death per month since December 2013. Ex-wife of Rodriguez divorced him in the month of December 2013. There was a turning point in February 2013 when Michael Rodriguez hospitalized for heart transplantation.
His ex-wife said that his personality was entirely changed unexpectedly after his heart transplantation and transplantation of heart is responsible for this change. It is important that the identity of heart donor is mostly kept secret, but the special investigation team of police reached the file of Michael Rodriguez. They found that heart donor was an accusable serial killer ‘Dereck Emery’, who was punished and killed by the state government in 2013. Originally, both persons are resident of Derby, Connecticut.
