Beastly Attack during visit of Turkish President to the United States

The Washington D.C authorities are investigating on “a brutal attack on peaceful protesters” on 16th May 2017 outside the home of Turkish ambassador Serdar Kilic. Some initial reports mentioned the fight, in which a number of people visibly sanguinary during a clash between the supporter of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and security staff of Erdogan. The people were protesting against the meeting of Erdogan with the U.S President Donald Trump. The Metropolitan Police Chief Peter Newsham didn’t confirm the details during a press conference and said that the department was in the introductory stages regarding the investigation. He further added that at least 12 people including one of his officers were wounded during the incident. The incident was incompletely captured on videos by some media outlets.

The photograph was showing that local police pushing not only to protesters but various men in suits. The video of the incident shows that one of the men was kicking a woman who had already been knocked to the ground. Demonstrators were demanding that a pro-Kurdish legislator Selahattin Demirtas should be released from the Turkish prison. The police department has confirmed that two men were arrested from the scene including 42 years old Jalal Kheirabaoi of Virginia and 49 years old Ayten Necmi of New York State. Kheirabaoi was charged with assaulting a police officer and Necmi was charged with angry assault. It is important that the visit of Erdogan to Washington D.C in March 2016 was also spoiled by clashes between protesters and his supporters.
