The segment video briefly described regarding the developments surrounding pre-clinical trials of a heavily strong tumor-killing chemical discovered in the plant of berry dubbed the blush-wood tree. The news of this chemical was named “EBC-46 and it was initially presented on 1st October 2014 at the time when researchers published their study results in the journal “PLoS One”. It explained about entire destruction of tumors, without weakening. At least 75% of laboratory mouse were treated using direct injection of EBC-46 into the affected cancerous cells.
The lead author of the study, Dr. Glen Boyle told the Australian ABC News that this destruction was happened in just 48 hours, but in just some cases. Researchers believe that it has achieved important primary goals in extreme broad brushstrokes by activating an enzyme “Protein Kinase C, but the original used mechanisms are still unclear. This specific study was managed by the researchers from the government-funded QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute in Queensland, Australia and a private pharmaceutical company QBiotics. Researchers have discovered the compound that holds the patent. Their website also indicated that QBiotics is using a specific method to identify their research and promised that market chemicals have found in the plants in the rainforests areas in Australia.
