A website “NahaDaily” published an article on 29^th January 2016 and reported that ‘Jada Pinkett and Will Smith’ have purchased the BET television channel. Jada and Will purchased BET television channel in 600 million U.S dollars on Thursday afternoon in participation with an investment group. Jada and Will said that everything will be changed on BET channel and it will be used for favorite things of black people and it should not be considered as a rocket science.

Point to be noted that the “NahaDaily” is considered a fake news website that does not publish any correct news and articles. Disclaimer at the bottom of the website indicated that “Negros against Hairline Abuse is Satire and should not be considered as Real. Another source of this story also indicated that BET didn’t make any kind of announcement recently regarding a change of the ownership of BET channel. It is important that the BET channel was started in 1980 by Robert L. Johnson, and he is the owner and this channel is being operated for Black Entertainment Television and LLC is also affiliated with Viacom.
