This link normally redirected to a website “Dumblaws.com”. it is important that the website “Dumblaws.com” provided the complete detail of the law. But, this website was unable in providing a solid proof that Iowa had prohibited kissing for more than five minutes. The FAQ section of “Dumblaws.com” describes that this website is just of Entertainment purpose and the published law on this websites are unproven and any kind of resemblance regarding any law should be considered as an accidental activity.
