A website “World News Daily Report” published an article on 16th April 2016 and reported that North Carolina Police had harassed and violently ejected a woman from the restroom of ladies because they considered that she was not a woman but a transgender. The website reported that local citizens informed the police that a woman allegedly using a public women bathroom. The eyewitnesses said that a 54 years woman Linda Hovensky resident of North Carolina was cruelly ejected from the bathroom of ladies by the nearby police officers. She was teased multiple times by those police officers and they unpleasantly pulled her from ladies bathroom as her pant was down in front of huge crowd.

When we tried to find out about its authenticity, we discovered that it was not more than fabricated news posted by “World News Daily Report”. This website is well known for publishing false news and fake stories. The disclaimer on this website also pointed out that entire article on this website should be considered fictional and fabricated. Any kind of similarity in any published post to be considered an accident. The published photograph in this article didn’t mention a transgender woman arrested in the month of April 2016. The published image was originally taken in the year 2012 and showing Mary Jamis and Mary Lee Bradford. Both were arrested from Winston Salem, North Carolina at the Country Register office as they protested against the imposed ban by the state regarding the same-sex marriage.
