A Transgender Arrested at Idaho Target Store Due to Taking Photos in a Changing Room
A transgender woman in Idaho Falls was taken into custody on one count of crime after reporting the she was taking pictures of another woman during changing clothes in Target store’s dressing room in Ammon, Idaho. This report is real and correct and it is not similar to the previous fake news published in the month of April 2016 and reported that a woman was arrested due to taking pictures of teenage girls in the bathroom of Target. Police officers responded to the Target store after reported by a woman that someone was taking her pictures at the time when she was changing clothes inside a dressing room of Target. The victim woman indicated that suspect climbed over the wall with a mobile and started capturing pictures and then ran away from the store.
The Office of Bonneville County Sheriff issued a press release that detectives reviewed the information of witness and security footage from Target security cameras and arrested 43-years old transgender female named Sean Patrick Smith. It was also said that detectives are also investigating about the involvement of more victims behind this activity. At least five years in prison will supposedly be charged against arrested transgender woman. Point to be noted that a website “TransAdvocate” indicated that this incident happened in a unisex changing area instead of a woman dressing area. It is important that Target announced in April 2016 that Target supports the federal Equality Act and against the actions of discrimination, and we welcome transgender team to use the restroom or other facilities by mentioning their gender identity.
