Trump Slammed France over Low Approval Ratings and High Level of Unemployment
The U.S President Donald Trump slammed the leadership of France in a series of morning tweets on Tuesday. The French officials commemorated a brutal terrorist attack on their soil. They also criticized the U.S president for lacking “common decency”. French government spokesman Benjamin Griveaux informed reporters, yesterday was Nov 13 and they were commemorating the murder of their 130 people. He said that “common decency” will be the appropriate word.
President Trump criticized French President Emmanuel Macron for his suggestion. Macron had suggested that the European Union should form a common army that would not rely on the U.S for defense support. Trump also slammed the French President over low approval ratings and the high level of unemployment in the country. The President of France, Emmanuel Macron suggested forming the European Union’s own army in order to protect Europe against the U.S, Russia, and China.
Trump tweeted on Tuesday that the problem is Emmanuel is suffering from a very low 26% Approval Rating and almost 10% unemployment rate in France. He was just trying to get onto another subject. By the way, there is no country more Nationalist than France, very proud people-and rightfully so”!

French officials were attending a commemoration ceremony to honor the 130 people who died when people affiliated with the Islamic State militant group launched a series of terrorist attacks in Paris in 2015, while the president Trump was releasing his tweets on his Twitter account. The claim of Trump that Macron needs to defend Europe “against the United States” was based on a wrong translation. The French president later clarified that he had referred to cyber-threats and hackers when he mentioned the U.S in an interview.
